Unable to login after sign up

When you sign up to A.I. Radio Center, even if your payment is pending, you will need to click the link in the verification email that is sent to you, in order to activate your account.

 

My payment failed, can I try again?

If your payment failed, or you returned to the website without completing payment, you can complete your payment by visiting the Subscription History in your Profile/Account settings.

Simply click the blue Make Payment button to complete your payment.

 

Where can I find my current subscription information?

You can view your current subscription level on the My Subscriptions tab of your Profile/Account settings.

How does billing work?

When you sign up to Levels 1, 2, or 3, your card will be charged for the first month of your subscription.

Every month your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged for the next month.

On your next visit you should see your characters used reset to 0, and any change in your subscription limit should also be reflected.

 

How do I cancel my account?

Visit your subscription history page to cancel your subscription, or use this link (https://www.airadiocenter.com/index.php/your-profile).

Alternately, you can 'upgrade' your account to the free subscription in order to stop charges to your card.
